Mutual Builders, Michael Castelli and John Martinetti is a good example and has a history of not completing jobs, not following architect plans, fabricating change orders and threatening owners. Mutual Builders is also known as Mutual Home Improvement, Mutual Builders LLC and Mutual Contractors, in order to confuse the home owner if trying to file a lawsuit in New Jersey.
This is not uncommon. There are many bad contractors out there but our featured bad contractor is Mutual Builders, Mutual Home Improvement, or Mutual Contractors. John Martinetti, Michael Castelli and Ed Castelli acted as home improvement and renovation specialist in our renovation project with some new construction, yet they failed miserable in keeping their word as to the architect plans for this project. Mutual Builders is a construction contracting firm from Livingston New Jersey comprised of John Martinetti, Michael Castelli and Eddie Castelli.
